We have been able to maintain a very stable group of employees over the years, enabling our customers to feel comfortable that we are aware of their needs and concerned to maintain our open and honest relationship with them. We are pleased to say that we never attempt to sell our customers anything other than their immediate needs. We are proud of the fact that we have many ladies in our customer base, because in this industry there is a "fear factor" from those with little automotive knowledge. We pledge that we have never, and will never, take advantage of anyone's lack of knowledge in this industry. We are more likely to take a customer into our shop and visually show and take the time to explain a problem, than to have a customer feel uncertain and uneasy about our analysis of their vehicle's problems.
